Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Fortune Jewels & Beauty. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is provided.

  • The item has no signs of damage, wear, or alteration.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings or jewelry sets that include earrings, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

2. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different style or color, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Shipping costs for exchanges will be the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or an incorrect order was sent.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at fortunejewels24@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving it.
We’ll gladly replace the item or offer a full refund once we verify the issue.
Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll handle the return shipping in this case.

4. Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We do not refund items lost or damaged during return shipping — please ensure the package is securely packed.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
